How does your day look like?

  • Preparation and analytical review of financial reports and documents, including financial statements, ROI, and other ad hoc projects
  • Assistance of upper management in resolving accounting and financial issues
  • Interface and counterpart between/for hotel owners, business and hotel staff
  • Evaluate and monitor financial performance of hotel facilities to ensure achievement of goals and plans
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, financial, productivity and job analyses, as needed
  • Assist in the acquisition of new hotels and the preparation of due diligence reports
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve hotel profitability

What do we expect from you?

  • Successfully completed studies in accounting, finance or in the hospitality industry
  • Several years of professional experience in the accounting or finance department of a large company, alternatively relevant experience in the hospitality industry
  • Enjoyment in dealing with numbers as well as a strong analytical understanding
  • Independent and self-reliant way of working
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
